Shipping and data protection declaration for the use of ReUse packaging with RePack

SuperRanzen offers to ship orders using the returnable and reusable packaging service RePack (a brand of the Finnish company Plan B of Outer Space Ltd.). This service includes the delivery of the Order in reusable packaging (the Packaging) and the delivery of a reward for Return the packaging to RePack. To deliver the reward, SuperRanzen shares with RePack the the email address of the customer and the unique identifier of the packaging. RePack offers a personalized web link leading to an online marketplace where the customer can choose: Shopping voucher or similar offer. RePack takes care of the delivery of the premium network Link and the shopping voucher as a processor on behalf of SuperRanzen. Legal basis for the The bonus communication represents a fulfillment of the contract, since the bonus is part of the services of SuperRanzen. RePack is committed to data protection through an order processing contract in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
